A need for accountability

I am starting a blog to keep myself accountable. Let's see how long this lasts. I just finished week 1 day 1 of the program couch to 5k. I think I can do it! It should be a long 9 weeks and I hope that I can lose some of my weight by doing it. My starting weight is: 187.4 lbs. My goal weight is 140 or less. That's a lot of pounds to lose. Here's to a long journey that is so important for my health/future want to have babies! Wish me luck!
